I’m Maurice Nicholson, the proud owner of Westside Heating and Cooling.

I felt that my services would be able to fill some gaps in the industry as there was a high demand for HVAC contractors. At the same time, I was looking to get into trading, so I took the plunge in 2003. Since then, I have been in this business. 

Over the past couple of years, I have noticed that the demand for HVAC services has increased exponentially.

In all these years, the experience of meeting new people in the form of customers has been the most rewarding. I treat my customers and my business with respect and believe in getting things right the first time.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my ability to provide customer satisfaction and quality work. I attribute my success to my hardworking employees. They work with utter dedication to fulfill the clients’ requirements to the best of their ability.

With our dedication, we have been able to grow our business by gaining our customers’ trust, which has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I like to enjoy a game of squash and spend some family time. I strongly believe in spending time with family and maintaining complete honesty and transparency in business.
